Along with members of the HEFT Hospital Transfusion Team, she was training to run the Birmingham 1/2 Marathon. A Virgin Just Giving page was set up and through donations they have so far raised £723 for the Blood Bikes. Massive congratulations and thanks from everyone at WSBB.

Mark Benevolent Fund

We have now officially taken ownership of our new Nissan Qashquai from Westway Nissan. We are extremely grateful to the Mark Mason Benevolent Fund who have raised the money to purchase the vehicle for us. It's a fantastic addition to our fleet and will enable us to maintain our services, no matter what the weather, 365 days a year. Our new purchase comes from the generous donation from the Trustee's of the Mark Benevolent Fund. A stunning £437, 934 was raised as part of their 150th anniversary of the Benevolent Fund. Over 17 Blood Bike charities have benefited from their support and will help us in saving lives around the UK.
