Charity of the Year 2019

At a recent members meeting for Business For Birmingham. Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes were voted as Charity of the Year 2019. This is a fantastic opportunity to spread the word of WSBB and raise some much needed funds for our charity. We look forward to working with the people at Business For Birmingham next year.

Our New FJR Named....

Our new FJR has been named in memory of Craig 'flip flop' Doyle. Craig passed away on April 1st 2017 in a road accident in Bedworth. Dave Robertson (WSBB 100) approached Craig's wife Mandy about having his name on our new bike and she wanted him to be remembered for always wearing a bucket hat, shorts and flip flops no matter what the weather! The following is an account from Dave Robertson: "On Saturday 1st April 2017 I was on duty on the Honda Pan-European (Cassidy Blu) when I got a call out to go to Rugby’s St. Cross Hospital around 18:50hrs. As I made my way to the Woodlands Bridge in Bedworth to get onto the A444 then to the M6, there was a Police car stopping vehicles from accessing th

New to the Fleet

Our Chairman, Mark Lavery took ownership of our latest bike today. He visited Alf England Motorcycles in Bedworth and drove away with a new FJR1300. None of this would have been possible without donations from our supporters, so from everyone at WSBB......Thank you. #itswhatwedo

Sainsbury's Charity of the Year 2018

Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes are delighted to announce they have been chosen as the local charity of the year for the Sainsbury’s supermarket in Rugby. We would like to thank everyone who voted for us online and in store and look forward to working on a calendar of fundraising events throughout the next 12 months.

Bleed for the Team Campaign

For anyone who isn't aware, there is a Football World Cup underway!!! Some of the world's biggest footy stars take time out to remember those who helped them after injuries by donating their own blood. In the UK, Calum Best and Paul Konchesky recently gave up their time by donating blood and making people aware of the Bleed for the Team campaign. Coventry RAG and WSBB

Today some of our members turned out to support Coventry Rider Action Group who have supported WSBB from the time of our humble beginnings. They have raised funds for us every year since so would like to say a HUGE thanks to all at Coventry RAG 😉
