We play a vital role in supporting the NHS trusts across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Birmingham by transporting blood and other essential medical supplies to hospitals at all hours of the day and night. Covering a vast area of 650 square miles, our commitment ensures that life-saving resources are delivered swiftly to those in need, even in the most critical situations.
In the dead of night or during rush-hour traffic, our volunteers are always ready to collect and deliver blood, samples, and other vital medical items between hospitals, clinics and patient homes.
The Air Ambulance runs entirely on financial contributions from the community and local businesses. As they develop and offer more services to the NHS, it is essential that their fleet is ready and armed with the latest medical equipment and life saving blood. all weathers, all year round.
